Good to know
Can you work around check-out and check-in times?
Yes. Share your booking calendar or send us your dates, and we schedule each turnover between guests.
Do you do laundry?
Yes, as an extra. Tell us whether you want linens washed on site or swapped from your own spare sets.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. Keys are stored securely, never labelled with your address, and only your assigned team has access.
Do you clean basements?
Yes. A finished basement adds +$40 – $60 to a standard clean, +$70 – $100 to a deep clean and +$100 – $150 to a move-in / move-out clean. Tick "Finished basement" in the price calculator. A basement bathroom counts as an extra bathroom. For an unfinished basement, or one with its own kitchen or suite, ask us for a quote.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call or text us at (506) 000-0000 as early as you can and we'll find a new time that works.
Are your prices final?
Our prices are shown as ranges by home size. We confirm your exact price before the first clean, after a quick look or a few photos. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before HST.
