How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. Most deep cleans take a team several hours. We give you a time estimate along with your confirmed price.
Are the fridge and oven included?
They're optional extras, so you only pay for them if you need them. Add them when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. Keys are stored securely, never labelled with your address, and only your assigned team has access.
Do you clean basements?
Yes. A finished basement adds +$40 – $60 to a standard clean, +$70 – $100 to a deep clean and +$100 – $150 to a move-in / move-out clean. Tick "Finished basement" in the price calculator. A basement bathroom counts as an extra bathroom. For an unfinished basement, or one with its own kitchen or suite, ask us for a quote.
What if I need to reschedule?

Are your prices final?
Our prices are shown as ranges by home size. We confirm your exact price before the first clean, after a quick look or a few photos. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before HST.
